There are 4 types of census report that you can run from here.
- Show Missing from Census
- Show Entered on Census
- Missing Census Locations
- Duplicate Census Facts
All of the reports can use the Relationship Types filters or Surname Filter box to display all or exclude various relationship types or to limit the report to a certain surname. There is also a minimum age filter, so that you can exclude individuals over the age of whatever value you select between the range of 60 to 110.
You can then select which Census Year from the Census Date dropdown box.
Show Missing from Census
This report displays all the individuals missing a recorded Census or Residence Fact for the census year that you selected. These people are in your Family Tree but are missing from this Census year.
From the menu bar, you can Save or Reset the Column sort order (Columns can be dragged to a new location by left clicking on the Heading label and dragging left or right to a new location and then releasing). You can Print and Print Preview, or you can Export the report to a .csv format file which can then be opened in Excel. The location of the highlighted person can also be displayed on a map.
Doubling clicking on a line will launch a census search. You can change where to search in the the option box on the menu bar
Show Entered on Census
This report displays all the individuals that have a recorded Census or Residence Fact for the census year that you selected.

Missing Census Locations
This report displays people with census or residence records, but the census location is missing an address.
Duplicate Census Facts
This report displays people that have more than one census or residence fact for a census year.
